1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing and using the website solvyx.dev and the services offered by Solvyx implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of services
Solvyx offers software development, technical consulting and web/mobile application design services. Specific services are defined in contracts or quotes approved by clients.
3. Quotes and contracts
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of the quote by the client constitutes a contractual commitment. Any changes during the project will be agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, code, trademarks) is the property of Solvyx or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Rights to software developed for clients are governed by specific contracts.
5. Confidentiality
Solvyx treats information received from clients with the utmost confidentiality. Client data and projects are not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
Solvyx is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or inability to access it. Liability for professional services is limited to the amount paid for the individual project.
7. Payments
Payment terms are defined in the contract or quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is 50% on start and 50% on delivery. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 15 working days' written notice. In case of termination, the client is obliged to pay for work already performed.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Milan.
10. Changes
Solvyx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the site.
